We offer free shipping via Royal Mail. The carrier depends upon the value of the products being shipped. Goods dispatched are fully insured.
All our international shipments are carried out via FedEx and is completely insured right up to your doorstep. All international buyers are responsible to bear the cost of the local custom duties, taxes and other import charges. Any delay in shipment caused due to non-fulfillment of such import obligations will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
At Abelini, we offer one complimentary resizing service within 60 days from the date of receiving the order, provided the ring is in unworn and pristine condition. Bespoke orders and engraved rings are exempt from resizing services.

To ensure the correct size of your ring, you need to get your finger professionally measured rather than using an alternative ring size measurement such as plastic ring sizers or any other instrument.
The resizing process typically takes 7-8 working days to complete. If the size adjustment required is significant, additional time may be needed to ensure precise resizing. In cases where the current ring cannot be resized effectively, we may need to craft a new ring to meet your specifications.

AFTER YOU PURCHASE FROM US, IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH ANY ITEM, WE WILL GLADLY OFFER YOU A FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER.
You have the right to cancel this contract within 60 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 60 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We can offer you an exchange on your order based on the eligibility of your order as per our return policy. Simply follow the return process detailed above and we will contact you to place a replacement order once we have received the item and processed your request.
Diamond certificates are specialist reports created by a dedicated team of diamond experts who are trained and qualified to grade all varieties of diamonds. You may have heard of these certificates referred to as quality documents or grading reports. These are all the same thing, the basis of which will be an impartial assessment by a qualified expert. They’ll consider the clarity, colour, cut, carat weight, and a host of other characteristics whilst making their determination.
Once complete, the certificate will be an accurate record of the diamond’s quality.
The purpose of the certificate is to give a thorough description of the diamond’s quality so that it can be accurately valued. This ensures that buyers have the confidence that they’re buying what they think they are.
Whilst the value is ultimately determined by the quality of the stone, a certificate can help in two key ways:
Diamond certification must be carried out by a gemological expert under strict laboratory conditions. This can incur a large cost on the part of the seller, and so only larger and more valuable diamonds are sent away for certification as a matter of routine. If every small stone was sent for certification then the impact on the prices available to customers and buyers would be significant in comparison to the value it adds. For bigger and higher-valued orders, GIA or IGI certificates are recommended.
As part of our ongoing efforts to make luxury your new everyday, we include certification as ‘standard’ at no extra cost. We’re proud to give every customer the peace of mind they are looking for, free of charge. We also offer GIA or IGI certificates as an option except for lower carat sizes and clarity like “I1”.
At ABELINI, we employ exactly the same rigorous standards as the laboratories which specialize in certification. Our experts have studied gemological practices all of their working lives and are as skilled as they come.
GIA and IGI standards are highly regarded worldwide, and the certificates are recognised as among the very best in the diamond industry. GIA follows strict quality control procedures and uses state of the art instrumentation to ensure the highest possible grading standards.
Whilst smaller laboratories with less prestige may offer to grade diamonds for less money, they will most likely work to lower quality standards and lack some of the expertise needed to conduct a truly accurate certification.
We specialize in using our local contacts all over the world to buy in bulk at the most affordable times by spotting unique opportunities in the market. This allows us to take advantage of seasonal variations and leverage the power of bulk buying. We then pass these on to you, our customers, in the form of low prices that include comprehensive certification as a standard.
The main reasons for variation in prices are Certification costs, the time it takes for certification, Certified Stone supply and availability and the economy of buying non-certified stones in bulk.
We think of it like this: If we want to make luxury your new everyday, then we need to show you exactly why our diamonds are of the highest quality that money can buy. The only way we can do that is by certifying every single precious stone that we work with in-house to ensure it meets our exacting standards. It doesn’t matter how big or small they are, we believe that you deserve to know exactly what they’re worth, and of how high a quality they are.
The certificate only contains the grading criteria so whilst it is an important indicator of the likely value should you wish to sell it, you will need to get it independently valued if you want to have its price formally agreed for the purposes of insurance.
At ABELINI, we offer a Free Valuation Certificate with every purchase in addition to a comprehensive diamond grading report. The valuation certificate clearly displays the RRP, the name and address of the buyer, and the date of purchase. This makes it the perfect proof of ownership to submit to any insurance company. Also included are photos of your specific piece, and a unique certificate number that can be used to trace your diamond’s origins.

You, or your means the purchaser of Jewellery from us.
Jewellery means the jewellery supplied to you by us pursuant to the Terms and Conditions and which were purchased in the United Kingdom.
This warranty is attached to and forms part of the Terms and Conditions.
1.1 We provide this Warranty to you in addition to any rights or remedies you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable law (Consumer Law Rights).
1.2 Subject to the terms of this Warranty and unless otherwise set out on our website or at the point of sale, if any Jewellery proves defective by reason of improper craftsmanship or materials, we will repair or replace the Jewellery or issue a full or partial refund to you with respect to any amount paid for the defective part (or all) of your Jewellery.
1.3 If any materials, parts or features required to facilitate any repair or replacement pursuant to clause 1.2 are unavailable or no longer in production, or your model of Jewellery is no longer available or in production, we will use our best endeavours to use appropriate equivalent materials, parts, features or model.
2.1 To claim the benefit of this Warranty, you must:
(a) notify us by email as soon as you become aware that the Jewellery is defective and in any event, within 14 days of when you become aware that the Jewellery is defective with evidence of proof of purchase of your Jewellery from us and a description and photographs of the claimed defect;
(b) if we ask you to, you must return to return the Jewellery together with all packaging, accessories and documentation to the contact details set out below; and
(c) provide any other information reasonably required by us to assess your claim.
2.2 Where you return the Jewellery as part of a Warranty claim under this clause 2.1, you will need to cover any associated costs of returning the Jewellery to us and where we find the Jewellery are covered by this Warranty, we will refund any reasonable associated costs of you returning the Jewellery to us through Royal Mail. If you would prefer to send the Jewellery back to us via any other courier company, please contact us in advance with the proposed postage cost for approval.
3.1 This Warranty does not cover any defect which is caused (or partly caused) or contributed to, by any:
(a) failure by you to care for the Jewellery in accordance with any care instructions provided by us or made available on our website;
(b) loss, damage, scratching, theft, act or omission, accident or negligence by you or any third party not engaged by us;
(c) exposure of your jewellery to perfumes, lotions, creams or water;
(d) use of your Jewellery otherwise than for any use specified by us;
(e) continued use of your Jewellery (where such use is not reasonable) after any defect in your Jewellery becomes apparent or would have become apparent to a reasonably prudent person;
(f) failure by you to notify us of any defect in your Jewellery within a reasonable period of time after you become aware of or ought to have reasonably become aware of the relevant defect;
(g) reasonable wear and tear of your Jewellery;
(h) act of God or force majeure event (including but not limited to war, riot, invasion, act of terrorism, contamination, earthquake, flood, fire, or other natural disaster, or any other event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control); or
(i) repair, replacement, maintenance, altering, engraving, dismantling or otherwise compromise of the Jewellery by you or any person other than us.
3.2 Additional Expenses: Any works or services requested by you to be performed by us (including any work or services that are additional to repairs carried out by us pursuant to clause 1.2 and deemed by us to not be covered under this Warranty may incur additional charges, which we will advise you of prior to commencing those additional work or services. We are under no obligation to perform any additional work or services that you may request.
4.1 Terms and Conditions prevail: This Warranty is subject to the Terms and Conditions and in the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between this Warranty and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions will prevail.
4.2 This Warranty is only valid and enforceable in the England and Wales and is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
4.3 No third party reliance: The benefit of this Warranty is for you only, and no other person or third party can rely on or make a claim under this Warranty.
4.4 No Assignment or transfer: This Warranty or the benefit under this Warranty cannot be assigned or transferred to any other person or third party.
4.5 Severance: If any provision of this Warranty is held to be void, invalid or illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that provision is to be read down as narrowly as necessary to allow it to be valid or enforceable, failing which, that provision (or part of that provision) will be severed from this Warranty without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder of that provision or the other provisions in this Agreement.
